At LFS we understand your concerns about Covid-19. Whilst the situation is ever changing, we keep monitoring the daily developments and are actively taking guidance from the NHS, College of Podiatry, government business guidance and expert advice by the Chief Medical Officer, Public Health England and HCPC
As clinicians of podiatric medicine we are good at managing bacterial and viral infections on a daily basis, our cleaning and hygiene standards are in line with Public Health England.
All podiatrists are temperature checked at the start of the day. All clients will have their temperature checked prior to appointment. Clients with a high temperature will be advised to start isolation and their appointment reschedule.
Clients are required to wear a mask or month covering throughout their treatment.
Where possible, only one person at a time should be in attendance at the time of the appointment.
Our Podiatry staff will be in full PPE; mask, gown, apron, gloves a face shield.
We use Antibacterial wipes before and after each consultation paying particular attention to the surfaces that the podiatrist touch.
We have also allowed additional time between client appointments.
